Weekly Menu of a Working Family – Week 28

Sunday – Roast Chicken, roast potatoes, yorkshires, honey glazed carrots, and steamed broccoli

Monday – Chicken, Chickpea and spinach curry (using the leftover chicken)

Tuesday – bacon and cheese stuffed mushrooms, roasted new potatoes and mushy peas

Wednesday – Slow cooker chilli

Thursday – chorizo and pea risotto

Friday – Halloween party nibbles and scary food!
