Weekly Menu of a Working Family – Week 23

Sunday – BBQ : leg of lamb, pork, chicken wings, home-made sausages (made by a friend)

Monday –  Sauteed Potatoes, corn on the cob and chicken kiev’s

Tuesday – Cheese and onion large stuffed mushrooms, served with roasted vegetables and new potatoes

Wednesday – Crock-pot mince beef 

Thursday – bacon and pea risotto

Friday – fiery pan fried chicken stripes in pittas, served with roasted artichokes and salad
