Sunday – Chicken Breast stuffed with Cheese and pesto sauce wrapped in bacon, new potatoes and roasted aubergines, courgettes and onions.
Monday – Home-made Lasagne served with colourful pepper salad
Tuesday – Jacket potatoes with tuna mayo and salad
Wednesday – tomato sausage pasta
Thursday – Mussels in a garlic butter served with crusty bread and pan fried garlic green beans
Friday – to be decided! – so any ideas / suggestions are welcome.
