If, like me, you can’t start the day without a coffee but find warm sunny days and hot drinks don’t mix, then this is the perfect alternative – diy Iced Coffee; and so much more cheaper than buying from a chain coffee shop.
Here’s the how to:
- First you need your basic coffee mixture. You’ll require some strong black brewed coffee, wait for it to cool and then transfer to a container/bottle with a lid and store in the fridge. Alternatively you can put the mixture into ice-cube trays and freeze.
- Make sure you have lots of ice-cubes ready frozen.
- Pour the coffee mixture, milk (preferably whole milk) and some syrup or honey into the blender, along with a good amount of ice cubes and blend.
- and voila – pour into your glass and enjoy, you could also put this is in portable coffee cup and have it to go.
