At last after a few disruptive weeks I believe I’m completely back on track with the weekly menus. Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Sunday – Grilled Salmon, new potatoes, carrots and mange tout.
Monday – Baked chicken breast stuffed with pesto and cheese served with roasted peppers and onions and rice.
Tuesday – Steak and home-made spicy potato wedges.
Wednesday – Home-made Falafel in pittas, served with salad.
Thursday – Home-made fish cakes and summer vegetables.
Friday – Spanish Tortilla and salad
Saturday – to be decided – I’m having a night off cooking – look out take-a-ways!
